Product Information Help

A product has a set category of product information that is displayed in the following pages:

Simple View

This page displays limited information about a product, such as the date it was approved, and who the marketing authorisation holder is.

Extended View

This page displays all the information about a product, such as the list of ingredients, the type of product and procedure, the ATC code, together with all the information on the authorised presentations of the product. This page also contains the maximum residue limit (MRL) information, if available.

Important Notes

Information on indication and dosage can be found in the Product-Information Documents, comprising Summary of Product Characteristics, Package Leaflet and Labelling information. Click on the blue diamond ♦ underneath your desired language to open a Product-Information Document related to the product you are currently viewing.
All users can view the product information contained in the views listed above.
All the information displayed in the Simple View page is also displayed in the Extended View page.
MRL information is only available for certain veterinary products.
Check the Glossary page for a list of definitions for the terminology used within EudraPharm and the product information pages.

Printing Product Information

You will notice two print icons on the page displaying the product information. You can print the product information as follows:

To print information for all the products listed in the Product List section:

Click the print icon in the Product List section, which appears at the top of the product information page.
A new browser window opens. This window contains product information for all the products listed in the section Product List.
To print this page, select the menu option File > Print, then select the printer when prompted.

To print information for the currently viewed product:

Click the print icon in the Product section, which appears under the Product List section.
A new browser window opens. This window contains product information for the currently viewed product in the Product section.
To print this page, select the menu option File > Print, then select the printer when prompted.
